Watch Out World! Brennan is getting Big! and Fast! We've made some changes in our lives within the past month, but everything is working out much better now!

Final Meeting with the Midwife

Diana Sanders was our midwife. I could not have asked for a greater experience then what I had with her. Maybe I could ask to have her more then 10 minutes before I had my baby, but she was great and controlled the room once she came in! I Love Her! (And will hopefully use her again in the future!) 

Thank You Diana for being a wonderful and caring woman to me during my pregnancy! I made it look so easy, I am excited (not rushing towards it) to get pregnant again! Thank You!

First Doctor's Appointment

Today was our first day meeting with Dr. Dutter in Flora, IN. Brennan weighed in at 8 lbs. 7 oz. and 22 1/4" long. He looked and responded very well to the doctor. For us, he did Okay. He's a crier and let out some screams. But good ole dad was able to calm him down and warm him up.  We both were sweating because of nerves. :) He's pretty small for his age, so we are going to be going back and weighing him every couple of weeks or so. I'll keep you informed!

Visit with Aunt Sheila

Aunt Sheila is Robert's Aunt. She was so excited to meet Brennan, she waited for me to drive from Logan to the house to meet him!! I know it was well worth the wait!

Our First Night at a Hotel

Our home is in the middle of demolition as we're trying to re-do our bathroom...so our first night home was in the Holiday Inn Express in Logansport.  I didn't want to leave, but it was nice getting home the next day.

Jesus brought us an amazing baby boy

He weighed 7lbs and 5ozs and was 19 1/2 inches tall
He is just perfect!

The birth was amazing! More on that to come soon... but for now here he is!
