Church.

We've been working on saying prayers nightly. Which turns into this at church on sunday.
It sweetens my heart.

Birthday Boy!

Brennan was sickly this year. So we didn't have a big party. Just us 3 seemed great. He LOVED the ice cream cake. It was just perfect.

We love you sweet man! Don't grow up too quick.

Vaccine Day.

I hate having to put our little guy through the pain of vaccines, but I know they will help him in the long run.

(This is our choice to vaccinate. If you don't agree, please keep it to yourself. We know the risks already, and have made a decision that works for us. Thanks.)

Post walk... Home!

SO glad to be home! I can barely walk, but I can absolutely sport my 3day shirt! SO proud of what I've accomplished these last 3 days.  I'll defiantly do it again!

Susan G. Koman 3-Day Walk. Day 3

Putting on some fun Tats before our walk begins for the day. Only 16 miles to go!!!

Supporters were EVERYWHERE! I loved these guys shirts!
Everything these 3 days gave you a smile!

We did it!!! I ended up walking 16 + 6 + 16 =38 miles!!!!!!

Jess texting our husbands. Kevin rode with Robert. And they got there just a little bit late. (They missed our finish.)

Walking to Closing Ceremonies!

What an absolutely amazing experience!
I walked ALL 16 miles today! It was rough, but I made it!

Susan G. Koman 3-Day Walk. Day 2

Tina King & Me. Walking Buddies.

These vans would "Sweep" you up, and help you get to the next pit stop.

The City dyes this water pink for the walk.

Around Camp. These are the showers. In semi trailers. Individual stalls. Though small, still HOT water! Or luke warm, because you are SO HOT!

I made it 6 of the 22 miles. Man was I in pain today! My feet were almost crippling. And my shins were about the same. No Shame! I am proud of what I've done so far!

Around Camp. Here are the tents all decorated.

You could pay a small fee to rent towels. Genius!

These are the memorial tents.

And our crew got in. Very tired!

The whole team!
